At CalVet Supplies, we take pride in ensuring that every order is prepared and delivered with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Our goal is to make sure your pet supplies and care essentials arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. If your order is delayed for more than 3 business days, our support team will notify you promptly via email at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and total order weight.
- Standard Shipping (Germany & EU): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Germany & EU): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update once the carrier scans your parcel.
Shipping Within Germany & the European Union
We proudly ship throughout Germany and the European Union using trusted carriers such as DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS, and FedEx.
All CalVet Supplies orders are securely packaged, tracked, and handled with care to ensure your pet products arrive on time and in excellent condition.
International Shipping Policy
CalVet Supplies ships to select international destinations outside the EU. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees applicable in their destination country.
CalVet Supplies is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, or local courier issues. Before placing your order, please confirm that pet supplies and related products are permitted for import in your country.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
CalVet Supplies is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will promptly review your claim and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
