How to Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com. Include your order number, full name, and a brief explanation of your cancellation request. Our customer care team will do its best to process your request before the order is shipped.

Cancellation Window

Orders can typically be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return and refund options once your package arrives.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Pre-Orders or Backordered Items

You may cancel any pre-order or backordered item before it ships by contacting us at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com. Once the item has shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.
