Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During busy seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer. If your order experiences a delay, our team will notify you promptly via email at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Standard Shipping (Germany & EU): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Germany & EU): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
International Shipping
CalVet Supplies ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the shipment arrives in their country.
CalVet Supplies is not responsible for customs delays or import-related charges. Please confirm your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Our team will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund when applicable.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and clear instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used pet health and hygiene products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., supplements, treats)
- Gift cards or clearance items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
