30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when received
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and a prepaid return label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used pet health and hygiene products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., supplements, treats)
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before sending it back.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, please complete a return for the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory handling.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com.
