Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Germany & EU): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Germany & EU): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Within Germany & the European Union

International Shipping Policy

CalVet Supplies ships to select international destinations outside the EU. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees once the shipment reaches their country.

CalVet Supplies is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Calvetsupplies@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly by arranging a replacement or refund where applicable.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
